Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this a leadership development programme?
No. This community is focused on career transitions, mindset, job search strategies, and emotional wellbeing. If you're looking for structured leadership development, 1-1 coaching, or a place to grow as a new or established leader, take a look at my Empowered Leader programme.
Can non-leaders join?
Yes — the space is open to all professionals, and is also accessible via employer sponsorship.
Is this inclusive for neurodiverse professionals?
Yes, videos are in bitesize modules, and Suzanne herself was diagnosed with ADHD less than 2 years ago and has been creating ADHD friendly content as well as supporting neurodiverse 121 coaching clients.
Is this 1-1 coaching?
No. This is a group support space with coaching-style tools and prompts. If you’d like 1-1 support, please enquire separately. 121 coaching is from £250 for 90 min sessions (10% off for community members).
Will there be recordings if I can't attend a live session?
Yes. We will record any sessions live and make them available for 2 weeks.
