Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to spread the investment over 3 manageable installments. Contact us to learn more at hello@empoweredspace.uk.
How much time will I need to commit each week and what if I miss a live session?
Expect 90 mins for the live group coaching session, plus some additional time, circa 1 hour, for optional exercises and reflection. All live sessions are recorded and shared with the group so you can watch them anytime at your convenience.
Is this programme suitable for leaders in any industry?
Absolutely. The skills and strategies taught are applicable across sectors and leadership roles.
Can I join if I live outside the UK?
Yes! The programme is delivered online, so you can participate from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. The first session had a brilliant leader all the way from Canada.
Can my employer fund my place on this course?
Yes, some former participants have had their place funded by their employer. Consider why you want to attend the course, i.e. in which areas do you want to upskill, and how it will benefit your role. It can absolutely be worth speaking to your employer. If your employer is funding a place, we will require details such as the contact name, email, company name and address for invoice purposes.
What if I am not comfortable speaking up on calls or require adjustments due to a disability or condition?

Will I get 1:1 coaching during the programme?
Empowered Leader is a group coaching experience. However, you can opt for additional 1:1 coaching support at a heavily discounted rate if you want additional support in your programme.
What if I’m not currently in a leadership role but want to develop leadership skills?
This programme will still be really insightful and helpful to up-skill you as a leader, even if you’re not yet officially in a leadership position.
What if I have already completed an Everything DiSC assessment?
It’s helpful to have a more recent assessment i.e. within the last 2-3 years and I often find I learn new things when I have done assessments twice. That said, if you really don’t want an assessment, you can have the option to have a Talent Dynamics profile instead.
