An executive coach and people development expert with over 15 years’ experience helping leaders navigate transitions and step confidently into their leadership roles. 

Early in my career, I faced the challenge of leading and adapting to unfamiliar team dynamics. Traditional leadership advice often felt generic and didn’t address the real pressures and isolation I experienced. Having worked across a variety of sectors, I noticed a common thread: leaders were struggling with one thing—people. This sparked my deep interest in team dynamics and behavioural science. 

Over the years, I’ve trained leaders within organisations to communicate with greater impact, build trust, and truly thrive in their roles. 

Now, I’m on a mission to help you do the same.

Expect 90 mins for the live group coaching session, plus some additional time, circa 1 hour, for optional exercises and reflection. All live sessions are recorded and shared with the group so you can watch them anytime at your convenience.

Absolutely. The skills and strategies taught are applicable across sectors and leadership roles.

Yes! The programme is delivered online, so you can participate from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. The first session had a brilliant leader all the way from Canada.

Yes, some former participants have had their place funded by their employer. Consider why you want to attend the course, i.e. in which areas do you want to upskill, and how it will benefit your role. It can absolutely be worth speaking to your employer. If your employer is funding a place, we will require details such as the contact name, email, company name and address for invoice purposes.

Empowered Leader is a group coaching experience. However, you can opt for additional 1:1 coaching support at a heavily discounted rate if you want additional support in your programme.  

This programme will still be really insightful and helpful to up-skill you as a leader, even if you’re not yet officially in a leadership position.

It’s helpful to have a more recent assessment i.e. within the last 2-3 years and I often find I learn new things when I have done assessments twice. That said, if you really don’t want an assessment, you can have the option to have a Talent Dynamics profile instead.
