Empowered Space was born from a simple belief: there wasn't enough high-quality, human support for people navigating redundancy and career transition.
Too often, people are expected to navigate some of the biggest transitions of their working lives alone, or with support that focuses on the practicalities but overlooks the person behind them.
We wanted to do things differently.
